Description

General characteristics
Automatic splitting of high performance managed by PC / PLC control to a cutting line, intended for cutting boards or boards of wood packages and derivatives
(Chipboard, MDF, plywood, offset, fiber).

Bed and work table
- Steel bed.
- Work table in ribbed and reinforced steel, coated in bakelite.
- Guide squaring placed on the left side.

Saw-holder carriage

Steel, including:
- 1 motor for the main saw and scoring for 1 motor.
- Rising vertical saw on ground circular guides.
- Wheels in hardened and ground steel.
- Balanced distribution of the masses to ensure a good finish cutting.

Gripper

- Pressure bar with uniform pressure over the entire length of cut, provided with special openings to eliminate the interference area with the parts; vertical displacement tire with precision rack and pinion adjustable pressure from 1.5 to 6 bar.

Pusher and back of the machine
- Motorized pusher entire length with displacement by a robust torsion bar. Displacement on rails in profile steel girders in T. The sliding is performed on two pinions precision to ensure a constant parallelism between the pusher and the cutting line. The pusher is operated by reverse order to allow variable speed depending on the requirements for positioning and fast return.
- Nr 1 line subsequent closure panels with holes.
