Used continuous blade mixer made of stainless steel by Gloucester Material Handling Ltd (England). The total volume of the mixing chamber is 2700 l. Inner dimensions: diameter 1100 mm x length 2840 mm. The upper filling opening has dimensions: 300 mm x 300 mm. The lower, front unloading opening has dimensions of 300 mm x 440 mm. The mixer has a stainless steel shaft, equipped with welded blades (21 pieces). The front and rear walls of the drum are screwed on. The front wall is equipped with a mechanical shaft seal. The rear wall has a standard seal - cord. The mixer was powered by a 55 kW engine, 1500 rpm - currently the engine is not included. The mixer has a gear and a new mechanical seal. No control panel. Technical drawings of the mixer and shaft included. The machine worked in the food industry with a capacity in the range of 8 to 12 tons / hour.
