includes : - GWC 80/156 twin-screw extruder - GWC 65/132 twin-screw extruder - CAL 14000/6 calibrating table - ROL 240 two-track haul-off - CUT 240 saw - placement table (dumper) WPC boards are made when combining natural components with thermoplastic polymers. The materials created in this way combine the high aesthetics of wood with the exceptional durability of plastics, making them fully resistant to fungi, insects and various weather factors. The offer also includes optional heads for forming various types of profiles from these products. For an additional fee, you can purchase devices compatible with the line: - GWELL 500/1000L mixer - pulverizer (complete pulverization line + dryer) - brushing machine - grinder After After creating the profile, it goes to a brushing and grinding machine, where its surface is scraped to give the element a more rustic look. The line also uses a pulverizer, which allows the profile to be pulverized (after grinding) into particles not exceeding 1 mm. The production line for WPC boards and profiles was not used in full production - it was operated for a total of several days.
