Description
DESCRIPTION:
UV flexo printing system for the inline printing of one color on blister-lidding aluminium foils or plastic films. The Hapa 231 is a compact, stand mounted flexographic system designed to print one color on a variety of blister foil substrates, including aluminum, PVC and Tyvek. The system is integrated easily onto continuous- or intermittent-motion packaging machines.
SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, other manufacturing industries.
MAIN FEATURES:
The Hapa 231 printer is designed to print on tape using an ink which is then fixed by UV irradiation. The printer works in phase. The printing principle basically consists in rotating a printing cylinder on a flat printing table. The material to be printed is placed on the table. Under the table there is an ultraviolet unit equipped with a lamp and reflector which completes one stroke with each printing cycle. The energy of the radiation triggers a polymerization process in the printing ink. In this way, the print surface hardens immediately, thus avoiding smudging. Last used for printing on blister cover aluminium foil.
