Form, filling and sealing machine for mini portion packs. Material of the bottom foil: Polypropylene (PP), Foil width: 296 mm. Suitable for cold and hot fill products: processed cheese (filling up to 85 °C), jam with particles (filling up to 90°C), honey and chocolate crème (filling up to 40-50 °C) and vinegar sauces like mayonnaise and ketchup (cold filling). The machine is existing out of the following components: bottom foil infeed, pre-heating (foil heated in 6 steps x 15 cups per step), thermoforming station (with date coding), piston filler, servo driven (with electric heated double jacketed hopper and by-pass valve). CIP cleanable, lid foil station with stretch station. Hot seal station, cooling station, (movable) cutting station. Full automatic packer for 25 cups per layer in a box and the controls with Siemens Servo drive. Including automatic greasing system, extra spare stanz/cutter for round shape. 4 sets spare heating plates and a set spare parts. Documentation with lay-out, spare parts list, electric scheme and the instruction manual. A student made a very extended description of the working and maintenance of the machine.
