EDGEBANDER HOLZ HER ARCUS 1334

GLUE TANK, EDGE LOADING AND PRESSURE GROUP:

Holz Her glue application system on the board quick heating by cartridge.
Glue diffuser lip to spread the glue on the board.
Device for automatic recovery of unused glue.
Automatic loader for rolled edges with shear for thin edges up to: 3 mm thickness.
Automatic loader for strip edging with shear for edging up to: 12 mm thickness, complete with economizer device to optimize the use of the edging.
Pressure rollers with 3 rollers of which the first one is motorized and frictioned. Both are equipped with mechanical pressure regulation and cnc-controlled thickness regulation.
Automatic lowering of the glue deposit temperature after a period of machine inactivity.

System with numerical control provided with P.L.C. eliminates the relay and the microswitch allowing a simple and immediate use of all the machine functions.
