Description

MC-80a - Basic unit for aspiration collating system.
Modular unit with double outlet (right and left) for suction collation system. Paper feeding with suction cups with separation system of the blower sheets. Operating panel with PLC programmer (and remote control for remote use) for three different types of collation: double cycle sorting; combined collation with insertion covers; Mixed sorting, obtained by combining the two previous ones. The 6-digit decoiler is included with automatic stopping of the finisher at the end of the cycle, and the 7-digit totalizer counter. Each station is equipped with photocell sensors that detect possible errors such as: double ; missing and paper jam. In the event of an error, the finisher stops automatically and light-emitting diodes indicate the type and position of the problem in the panel. Modularity up to 6 (basic module MC-80a + n x MC-80m + MC-80c) towers for a total of 48 stations. The finisher is equipped with soundproofed sound box. - Max. paper: 318 x 470 mm.
