These are moved under the piston, then, after the pressing operation, out of the back of the machine and onto a stacking unit. This is followed by return to the starting position. This equipment can be easily removed, or rebuilt.
* SIEMENS S5 CNC Press Control with monitor for input of all relevant process data, or for storing tool data. This allows easier and faster retooling of the machine and also supervises the transportation of parts. With pendant control panel.
* SICK safety light barrier built on the front of the machine on the feed station.
* Piston is equipped with an electro motor driven depth stop (stroke 300 mm), and with a hydraulic tool clamping device, as well as with a built-in hydraulic ejector.
* Display for pressure and oil temperature, piece counter, foot switch, 2-hand release, central lubrication, hydraulic oil circulating cooling, separate electric cabinet, etc.
