Liquidation of ILPRA automatic traysealer of the FOODPACK series, model 500 v/g. It is an Italian-made traysealer, with a rotary table in 2 positions. The machine can perform 4 different packaging functions: seal only, vacuum/seal, vacuum/seal/modified atmosphere (MAP). It is suitable for the use of a wide range of containers of any material (PP, PS, APET, CPET, cardboard, etc.) using compatible film. Foodpack 500 has been designed to offer a compact solution (it occupies a little less than 2 m/2 ) and allows, thanks to its high technological content, to satisfy high production needs (up to 1440 pieces/hour) depending on the type of mold from 1 to 4 packages per cycle. The solidity and versatility of this model, together with an excellent value for money, have made the Foodpack 500 V/G one of the most successful machines. Built with top-level components, with exclusive noble materials (stainless steel and anodized aluminum) and manual movement of the rotary table, this model guarantees a precise, reliable and long-lasting work cycle. Special sealing mold for ½ GN packaging.
Machine measurements: 1150mm long x 1300mm wide x 1640mm high, rotary table height 1000mm.
Container measurements in the current special sealing mold for ½ GN: external 310mm long x 165mm wide. If the mold of the tray is not to your liking, a new one can be made to suit you.
