Description

We offer for sale a single-color, specialized screen printing machine with UV curing of ink. The machine, made by KELLER, is designed for direct printing on round objects. By us, the machine was used for printing on cosmetic packaging. The capacity of the bottles we printed ranged from 30 ml to 300 ml (diameter up to 60 mm).
We have been using the machine for four years and it was manufactured on our order. There is the possibility of multiple printing - it has the ability to match prints with a camera or photo-optical sensor. Of course, both devices are included in the sold machine.
The machine has made 8.4 million cycles so far and is in very good condition. Throughout the entire period of operation at our plant, we have not had a problem with failures. The machine has been upgraded from the original by building in the working part (canopy and sliding door) and adding an ionization module, which has significantly improved the quality of printing.
The machine is equipped with an automatic feeding hopper, a belt loading system including proper bottle orientation, a flame activation module, a print positioning module using a camera, a printing module, and an ink curing module using uv radiation. All modules can be precisely configured via a touch panel.
The capacity of the machine is about 1,000 pieces per hour.
The four-year contract for which the machine was purchased has run out, hence the offer to sell it.
