Description

Production line of 30 expanders, packaging machine and feeding system.




- content of a series of 30 expanders (3 heads/shape of each expander)

- production capacity depends on raw material (type of grain) and machine settings. For example, we produced 2200 packages per hour of brown rice (each package has 14 slices of cakes), for this production all 30 expanders were in operation. That's 17 cakes per minute for every 1 expander

- at this performance, the packaging machine and feeding still run with approx. 30% reserve of maximum capacity

- the manufacturer of our packaging machine is Thevopharm (a company bought by Klockner and after Bosh) The Houdijk Holand feeding system and expanders were made by a local company.


the line for sale is complete starting with the hopper for receiving rice (or other wheat) and baking. The conveyor between the baking line and the packaging feed is not part of the delivery, as it depends on the layout of the customer's establishment.

Feeding and packing is part of the offer, but the baking line can be sold separately.
