FIBER laser KIMLA POWERCUT LF 1530 4 kW manufactured in 2021 in Poland, uses modern fiber optic technology to cut metal sheets with a maximum weight of 900 kg.

The KIMLA laser cutter is built on the basis of a rigid, monolithic body, has a high-quality steel work table with a precise mechanical lock, which gives additional stiffening of the pallet during cutting. The stationary detail is machined in the X, Y, Z axes by the cutting head, to which a high-quality fiber optic bundle with a power of 4 kW is supplied. Equipping the machine with an automatic pallet exchange system allows the operator to simultaneously load and unload metal sheets without interrupting the production process.

The interactive control system integrating the CAD/CAM software and the KIMLA CNC controller fully exploits the potential of the fiber laser. One of its advantages is very fast and dynamic work with high accuracy, even at high cutting speeds. The innovative software is equipped with efficient drives based on real-time data transmission technology, giving the ability to send parameters to the servo drives, i.e. position, speed, acceleration and dash. At any time, the laser operator can edit, correct, change geometry, lay out, generate a path and continue working.

The POWERCUT LF 1530 fiber laser is offered with a wide range of accessories, including from the integrated system for cutting round and rectangular profiles, the DONALDSON TORIT DCE multi-chamber extraction system and the RENISHAW measuring scales.
