The plates we use are the dimensions: 391 x 561 mm, we load two plates for one cylinder turn. Anyway, Kodak can change by RSS Client the plate parameters.

We use ECRM Harlequin RIP, RIPMate 8.3, rev.1. We print only newspapers, so our resolution setting is 1016 dpi. This parameter depends on your needs.

Plates are manually perforated – pictures in attachment. As to bender, we use the older version, for reference edge. We don’t have a device for optical point.
