The Kornit Allegro defies traditional industry processes with its groundbreaking, integrated single-step digital textile printing solution and revolutionary Robusto Ink™ process. The Kornit Allegro provides an unprecedented color gamut with the ability to print any design, in any number of color combinations, at any level of detail. Users can print multiple short runs in one roll, on multiple fabric types, with no minimum length requirement. the Kornit Allegro is a true stand-alone solution and an entire production line applied in one step. With the capability of printing on multiple fabric types with the 100 percent biodegradable Robusto ™ ink, the Kornit Allegro solution eliminates the need for energy and water-consuming polluting processes – making it the most eco-friendly solution in the textile printing industry. Kornit’s Robusto Ink™ inks meet stringent environmental regulations, including Oeko-Tex Standard 100 GOTS , and offers increased efficiency over dye-based printing solutions.

The whole machine consists of 4 modules:

1. Automatic unwinder module, which is the beginning of the entire production process. This module is responsible for unwinding raw material from rolls up to 180 cm wide. The device fully automatically unwinds, properly sets / stretches the material before feeding it into the printer. The device has an intuitive and very simple control panel.

2. The main module, the heart of the machine, is a modern, pigment printer equipped with 64 Spectra Polaris print heads, 2 x 256 nozzles each (8 heads for each channel). The current configuration of the carriage is CMYK + RG + LK + FOF (FOF - "fixation on fly" is a dedicated primer applied on the fly on the material through one channel of 8 printing heads) The printer has a flat printing, rotating bed belt, covered with a dedicated adhesive that stabilizes the textiles during printing ensure perfect repeatability and quality of prints. The extraordinary advantage of this printer is the built-in tank with an integrated system for washing the printing belt. It does not require a permanent connection to the water, which makes the whole process super ecological. One filling of the tank can be enough, even for 3 months or more! The entire machine is controlled by a touch control panel, equipped with a large, touchscreen monitor (Microsoft Windows enterprise system with LSTB). Operation of the machine is child's play, which makes it the right choice for every beginner in this fashion industry.

3. Integrated drying module. Equipped with a 3-level rotary air dryer, which preserves a fresh print in a gentle and non-destructive way. The device effectively dries each print ready - for immediate use or sale. The furnace is powered by natural gas, which can be supplied directly from a gas connection or from a battery of gas cylinders (gas cylinders are not part of the equipment of this machine, they are only an alternative for companies that do not have a direct gas connection)

4. The end of the machine is an automated rewinder which collects the finished product from the dryer and winds it up with the finished roll.

The machine was manufactured in 2018 at the Israeli production plant of Kornit Digital. It was delivered to us and then launched by certified Kornit Digital service technicians. In our machine park, each machine is under the professional care of a trained service. All services involving the replacement of consumable components were carried out exclusively with original parts purchased from Kornit Digital. Throughout its operation, it was serviced under a strict regime of maintaining production at the highest level. All services and warranty inspections were performed by delegated, certified Kornit digital service technicians. Absolutely all consumable parts recommended in the machine's manual were replaced on time in the machine. We have never spared servicing the machine, keeping the production in high efficiency obligated us to provide the highest level of service. The machine is regularly cleaned, vacuumed and lubricated. The machine has a lot of new parts and is after the so-called annual, general manufacturer's review, during which all the filter, washing and cleaning elements were replaced.
