Description
Method of operation:
The Wash-Zerglomat washes, crushes,
plasticise and agglomerates dirty, preferably thin-walled, thermoplastic
waste .
Reach o f application
Water - soluble contaminations in dependence of washing period f.i. salts, fertilisers, plant protectives
All kinds of contaminations like earth, sand, stones and small metal parts.
The mostly manually fed material will be crushed by the tearing knives and simultaneously washed by the inflowing
Water . Because of the centrifugal power the washing water and dirt particles will be centrifuged to the wall of the container and separated via a filter flap. After finishing of the washing water supply, the material temperature rises, the water at the film chips will be vaporised and the steam will be exhausted by means of a fan . As soon as the material achieves a certain grade of plastification, an exactly metered quantity of shock water will be injected to the plastificate via
a nozzle.
Between water supply and opening of the outlet flap the material will be cooled by reduction of the vaporising heat.
The bulk of plastificate will be crushed by rotating knives . After shock water supply and its vaporising the outlet flap will be opened.
The piled weights of the regenerates are fargoingly depending from the kind and state of the waste material. At LD-PE values about 01, kg/cu.m can be achieved.
The granulation of appr. 80% the agglomerates lies between 2 and 8 mm.
The shares over 8 m are relatively low.
