An integrated solution of the whole process from the beginning to the end.

The line was manufactured in 2005. The line manufacturer LASER s.r.l. located in Italy.

Flexible process line equipped with various accessories to allow producing many products.

The versatile line consists of:

•             Dough handling system to fill a three roll sheeter

•             Lamination unit

•             Four gauging stations

•             Relaxation conveyor

•             Air blowing unit

•             Two cutting units (engraving and cutting by a rotary cutting machine)

•             Wash-over unit

•             Lye bath (including heating)

•             Three topping applicators (for salt or various seeds)

•             Tunnel oven (hybrid: DGF and cyclothermic zone)

•             Oil Sprinkler Machine

•             Manuals (operators and electric schemes) in English

 

The line working width 0.8m, the oven baking length is 25m. The line is still running in production. The line capacity is approx. 300kg per hour of finished products

The tunnel oven is heated by natural gas burners.

The periodical maintenance of the entire line is carried out accord to the regulations.
