Functionality:
The product is pumped from a storage container onto a drip belt using the Murzan pump.
The water is returned to the tub via hoses as it is needed for pumping.
The drip belt is designed in such a way that up to 4 employees can stand on the right and left, for example to carry out sorting work.
The product then falls into the hopper of the Leonhardt filler. Here it is again possible to allow residual water to drain away before dosing.
The product is conveyed forward via the integrated screw in the hopper.
It is then dosed via the piston filler and fed to the Old River bag machine (Furukawa) via a hose and filling head and filled. A small piston filler (no name), which was subsequently integrated, can additionally dose a liquid (infusion) in the range of 100-1200ml after filling the product at the next stop position.
Furukawa:
Bags are inserted, removed, opened from above, pulled apart from below for stand-up bags, filling 1, filling 2, transferred to the vacuum chamber with sealing. They then fall onto a small discharge conveyor from where they can be picked up.
