The High Speed Servo Ampoule Filler Sealer Model LI-AFS 8 is designed to accommodate variations in ampoule neck diameters and thicknesses of typical ampoules. It operates on the basis of the slant movement of ampoules during filling and sealing.
The filling unit is constructed with a square pipe frame and completely covered in smooth, matte-finish S.S. coverings. It also features a large hole on the bottom for effortless cleaning.
To enhance user convenience and safety, the electrical control panel of the pendant type is elevated from the machine.

Procedure Utilization
The ampoule tray was directly put into the unit's slant hopper after sterilization. Delivering ampoules in sets of four, the synchronized star wheel moves an eccentric ampoule rack one at a time.
Pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and final sealing are all completed in order during the rack standstill. Properly filled, sealed ampoules are automatically gathered on a collecting tray without requiring human intervention.
