Rotary Ampoule Sticker Labeling System for high-speed wrap-around application on ampoules. LI-ASL is one of the most user-friendly. The machine incorporates a modern microprocessor control label dispensing system with a user-friendly sensing system for labels and products. The machine is suitable for labeling round bottles and other round objects. It is capable of labeling up to 400 units per minute, depending on products and label size. a specially designed electronic and mechanical system to apply transparent (no-look) labels on vehicles at very high speed using an optional special label sensing system.
The truly one and only high-speed rotary warp-around labeling machine available in India has a unique single-point synchronized speed control system. The built-in automated label length detection systems eliminate any need for manually feeding and storing label length data in memory and retrieving the same every time for a change in label size or re-starting the machine. The system thus saves valuable time, avoids machine-down time, and helps achieve higher production.
Machine with the highest installation in India. Machines have added advantages, like a special feeding device that enables the feeding of ampoules and vegetables in vertical position directly from the trays and similarly collecting the labelled products in vertical position in trays. The operator can also feed the ampoules and valves for labeling online on the machine without any stoppage.
