Description

The Lab R&D Ampoule Filler Sealer is developed to provide a solution for the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, and cosmetic industries to fill a variety of liquids with viscosities ranging from free-flowing to heavy oils. Built on the idea of slant motion of ampoules during filling and sealing to accommodate variations in ampoule neck diameters and thicknesses of available standard ampoules. Our machine model LI-AFS 1 can fill a variety of containers, including ampoules, vials, glass tubes, onion skin tubes, and many more.
The filling unit is constructed on a square pipe frame made of stainless steel and completely covered in stainless steel in a beautiful matte finish. There is also a big aperture on the bottom side for easy cleaning.
The pendant-type electrical control panel is hoisted from machine for simplicity of use and safety.
Process Operation
The sterilized ampoule tray was put directly into the slant hopper of the device. The synchronized star wheel dispenses ampoules one at a time on a rotating eccentric ampoule rack.
During the rack's halt, pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and final sealing are accomplished in sequence.
