The machine designed for cleaning sheet metal after various cutting processes is distinguished by the use of two "Z" type oscillating-rotary units, thanks to which it is possible to carry out two operations simultaneously. Each of the units is equipped with 9 processing disks, operating on the principle of rotation combined with right / left oscillation. These disks are designed for, among others, knocking off scale, deburring and rounding edges, removing oxides and polishing details. The whole is complemented by a TFT touch panel in which you can control the processing parameters, i.e. the height of the detail, feed speed and rotational speed of the disks.
