The nonwoven web in further process is currently used as a material in filling / production of quilts and pillows.

The machine consists of the following subunits: Hopper Feeder, Feed Rolls with Lickerin, Transfer Roll, Main Cylinder 1250 mm dia with 5 pairs Workers and Strippers
and Fancy Roll, Single Doffer 1050 mm diameter with Fly Doffing Comb, Web Collecting Cylinder.

Some units of the CARD might require replacement of a flexible Card Clothing.

The machine is complete with drives and controls.

Location: south part of Poland near Wroclaw.
