Description

The Marchesini BA300 is an automatic high-speed continuous motion cartoning machine with horizontal carton transport. It is suitable for the unfolding and volume of cases with interlocking closures with equal or alternating flaps, and for the insertion of a product fed into a chain of drawers, for the closure of the case and relative exit.

The mechanical parts have been completely reconditioned, while the electronic parts and the software are newly designed and built. The machine is sold with a new CE certification, complies with current safety standards, complete with all the dedicated manuals and customized format change cards.

Main features:
• Carton magazine complete with minimum load control. The warehouse is located under the product transport chain and on the operator side;
• Case part consisting of two driving cases;
• The group has a fixed case and the other mobile, with motorized adjustment, for adjusting the format on the length of the cartons ("h" dimension);
• Driven by main engine, vacuum by drum pump and translators;
• Product transport chain with drawers adjustable in width;
