Description

The product coming from a single row is grouped in the required design and wrapped with a polyethylene band.

Main features
• Automatic machine with intermittent motion, with mechanical movements;
• Safety clutch and cam controls;
• All movements are controlled by safety devices: in the event of an overload, the machine will stop • and the cause will be indicated on the display;
• Small size and solid frame. Base in sealed and painted carpentry with motorisation;
• In designing the machine, GMP standards have been followed to meet pharmaceutical packaging requirements, allowing easy access for maintenance, cleaning and format change operations;
• The machine can be supplied in a symmetrical, in-line or 90 degree version.



Safeties installed
• Total safety carter, in methacrylate, integrated in the frame of the machine. Microswitches on all open doors, with emergency machine stop and compressed air discharge;
• The main movements are protected and controlled by proximity with indication on the control panel and machine stop in case of emergency. Once the reset has been carried out, a reset will be necessary and the machine will automatically return to its normal working position.

Machine complete with:
• Easy format change via handwheel with digital indicators and millimeter scale;
• A set of parts sized to pick up and wrap one type of product.
