The Marchesini MA100 is an automatic reciprocating motion machine with horizontal carton transport, suitable for packaging products in cartons with interlocking closures with three equal or alternating flaps.

· Carton opening by means of a pick-up oscillating arm and 90 degrees mechanical pre-breaking unit;
· Direct transfer of the opened carton into the transport group equipped with 4 strong plastic toothed belts to keep the carton in perfect square;

Safety and Controls
· Accident prevention protection in methacrylate integrated in the structure of the machine.
· Emergency and safety circuits in “CAT 3 PLd” compliance.
· Emergency stop of the machine and discharge of the compressed air.
· Overload control on machine motors.
· Checking the overload on the pusher unit during product insertion.
· Control of minimum loads on product/carton/prospectus feeding.
· Product-box-prospectus cross-check; in the absence of the product, the case and prospectus are not called.
· Check that the carton has been ejected.
· Machine stop after three consecutive errors.
