Description

The Marchesini MA 50 is an automatic reciprocating motion machine with horizontal carton transport, suitable for packaging products in cartons with interlocking closures with three equal or alternating flaps.

Power product
• The stick pack feeding takes place by loading it randomly onto the belt where a dedicated camera detects the position of the product and via a robot picks it up and inserts it into the conveyor belt with extractable drawers to facilitate format changeover.

Safety devices installed
• Total accident prevention protection, transparent in methacrylate, integrated in the structure of the machine;
• Safety microswitch on all opening parts, with emergency machine stop and compressed air discharge;
• Overload control with mechanical torque limiter on main motor;
• Overload control, during product insertion, through a safety system, with machine stop;
• Once the reset has been carried out, it is necessary to reset the machine;
• Machine stop after three consecutive errors;
• In the absence of the product, the box will not be withdrawn, much less that of the prospectus (when present).

• Product transport chain with extractable drawers;
• Handle, digital indicators and millimeter scales to facilitate format change;
