The Marchesini MCP840 is an automatic one-piece machine, suitable for receiving cartons on an infeed belt, grouping them, introducing them into cartons, closing the latter with non-wrapping tape, and then providing palletizing.

Cartoning Section
- The case-packing section consists of a solid supporting structure inside which are contained all the mechanical and motor drive movements of the Case Packer and Palletizer. The machine is designed and built with balcony technology to radically reduce mechanical maintenance and lubrication. - The mechanical parts are protected from dirt and dust as they are completely isolated from the working and carton transport area.
- The electrical system of the monoblock is contained in a cabinet located at the rear of the machine structure--- --Cartoning machine and allows accessibility to all mechanisms.
- Each movement of the Cartopalletizer is driven by PC-controlled brushless motor.
- Adjustments for carton size changeover in height "B" Width and "H" Height, are made by servomotors with control directly from the operator panel. Length "A" is handled automatically with format setting from PC. The hopper, Pick & Place product pick-up plate and pusher are to be changed to format.
- The formed parts, being quick-connect, require minimal tooling.
