Description

The Marchesini MCPV850 is a vertical carton palletizer. It is an automatic monobloc machine, suitable for receiving individual products on an infeed belt, grouping them, introducing them into cardboard taken from the warehouse, closing it with non-wrapping self-adhesive tape, transferring it closed from case packing to palletising, picking up the cardboard and providing for palletizing.

The Cartopallet is a monobloc composed of a vertical insertion case packer + palletizer. Program operation managed by Industrial PC and color monitor and for configuring and storing formats.

Grouping
The products are transferred directly into the carton via a “Pick & Place”. Product withdrawal is detected at each grouping cycle via a vacuum switch or other systems, depending on the products treated, to guarantee the final composition of the established number of products. In the event of an incorrect quantity of products during picking, the machine stops.

Cardboard feeding
The warehouse consists of a vertical lung, easily loaded from above. The warehouse capacity is approximately 600 mm of cartons. The sides are manually adjusted depending on the size of the carton.

The cardboard taken from the warehouse is transported via a positive movement to the cardboard forming area where it is put into volume in a positive way using a device equipped with parts dedicated to the format.

Cardboard closure
After inserting the product, the cardboard, transferred by the transport chains, passes to the folding of the flaps and taping (Hotmelt version optional). The chain transports the cardboard to the exit for subsequent operations. There are no cartons left in the machine except for the carton opened while waiting for filling. The position of the tapers is adjusted simultaneously to the height "H" and the width "B".

Palletization
Groups the cartons coming from the case packer onto standard pallets.

Machine complete with:
- Accident prevention protection with safety micro.
- The machine is equipped with all the safety devices required by the regulations to achieve safe operation. Supplied with the CE mark.
- A format equipment to handle an incoming product, a grouping configuration, a carton with non-wrapping tape and a pallet format.
