Description

The Marchesini MST 200 is an automatic machine suitable for packaging solid products (tablets and/or sugared almonds, capsules, tablets, effervescents, etc.) in heat-sealed strips. The machine fills the belt, welds it and unloads it at the outlet.

The electronic parts and the software are newly designed and built, while the mechanical parts have been completely reconditioned. The machine is sold with a new CE certification, compliant with current safety standards, complete with all the dedicated manuals and customized format change cards.

The MST 200 is available in a standalone version or can be connected to the cartoning machines.

This machine has been designed to minimize the layout so that the operator supervises the entire production process.

Main features:
• Machine in AISI304S steel, with parts of the structure in nickel-plated FE and anodized aluminium;
• Structure of the balcony, with motorization separated from the functional modules, to ensure a high level of cleanliness.;
• Possibility of treating different types of heat-sealable materials;
• It can work individually or in combination with a cartoning machine connected in line or at 90°;
• The machine is designed to prevent the product from entering inside, therefore completely closed and the operating area is totally on the balcony;
• Machine surfaces are finished without indentations and sharp edges and are easy to clean;
• All slots are closed and most of the fixings take place inside the machine;
• The machine is designed and built in compliance with cGMP good manufacturing practices and is supplied with the CE marking.
