The Marchesini BL-A309 is a continuous motion machine suitable for applying at high speed (if suitably equipped) one (1) self-adhesive VIGNETTE on the upper face of the case. Work in line with other machines and predisposition for TRACK&TRACE applications.

Main features
• Design, construction, ergonomics, in compliance with GMP standards;
• Balcony structure, bearing frame and paneling in AISI 304 stainless steel;
• Two horizontal feeding conveyor belts which allow the accumulation of the cartons;
• Patented spacer group, which transfers the cases to the main conveyor with toothed belts adjustable in width to handle cases of different formats;
Positive carrying system of the cases using toothed belts that keep the cases in step;

• Horizontal and vertical adjustment of the position of the Vignette;
• Vignette massage with brushes or rubber rollers;
• Sticker support band rewinder;

• Rejection of the outgoing cartons, with recovery in the box on the operator's side;
