Description

The Marchesini Neri BL400V-TT is an automatic labeling machine with continuous movements, suitable for applying a self-adhesive CARTON at high speed on the upper side of cartons, with toothed belt transport and functioning in combination with other in-line machines.

- Voltage 400 V, three phase, N & T, 50 Hertz.
- Electrical cabinet on board the machine.
- Machine management with SIEMENS PLC.
- Siemens color touch screen operator terminal.
- Accident prevention protection in aluminum and methacrylate with Schmersal type safety micro. Machine stopped in case of opening.
- Pressure switch for compressed air circuit with machine stop in case of pressure drops.

- Piece counting of rejected products.
- Actual operation counter.
- The machine is equipped with all the safety devices required by the regulations to achieve safe operation. Supplied with the CE mark.
