- 1 pc. OMT rotary cutter of useful width 1.000 mm, with 4 blades, measures 2,5 x 5,5 m and year 1995.
- 1 pc. OMT rotary cutter of useful width 1.000 mm, with 4 knives, dimensions 2,5 x 7,0 m and year 1995.
- 1 pc. OMT blade sharpener to sharpen the blades of the cutters from 1995.
- 1 pc. 25 hp turbine to transport the cut material to the quarters, inlet D350 mm and outlet D300 mm.
- 1 pc. MARGASA TN-1000 shredder of year 1.995 (refurbished in year 2016) with 6 drums and 6 condensers, with feeding and return screens, recycling circuit of the material that has not been totally opened, aluminum staves and special density nails to produce high quality fibers to make Open-End (productivity of 900 kg/h) or for Nonwoven TnT (productivity of 1.300 kg/h) approximately. With 1 automatic loader with silo model CCS-1000 and 6 fans to suck the dust from each condenser and transport it to the final bags. Total installed power 278 Kw. Total power consumed 180 kw/h according to data provided by the manufacturer. The installation is working and can be visited in person.

Including delivery of SPARE PARTS consisting of:

- 1 pc. opener drum.
- 1 pc. condenser drum.
- 1 pc. drum entry cylinder.

It will have to be incorporated separately for its total operation (we can offer you this necessary machinery since we also have it in our stock of textile machinery):

- 1 pc. 25/35 hp screw compressor.
- 1 pc. Installation with INOX tank to soften the inlet cloth with liquid.
- 2 ud. Rooms of work for the matter of measures 6 m wide, 6 m deep and 8 m high with 2 doors and grids in the ceiling to make of filter.
- 1 pc. 2 automatic milling machine for 2 rooms (to choose between making the rooms of work or the automatic milling machine).
- 1 pc. Pneumatic bypass with mouths of D300 mm.
- 2 pc. rotary cyclones with motor to feed the rooms and 30/40 m of pipe of D300 mm.
- 1 pc. 10 hp turbine to feed the silo-loader of the devil.
