INCLUDED

Twin helix Flyer-arm provided with a system that allows either right or left hand helix coils.
Induction hardened bars on the rod sliding beam touching points, to have a better sliding of the rod’s coil.

ROD CARRIER
Horizontal carrier pivoted to allow loading of the new rod bundles, when the first one is halfway done. In operating position, the stem is placed on a holding unit.

FLYER ARM
Flyer-arm to unwrap the rod off the carrier. The flyer arm is provided with a well dimensioned sheave rotated by a motor.

COIL PUSHER
Coil pusher allows the operator to push the coils towards the pay-off position by means of a motorized pushing unit.
The pushing unit if composed with two independent arms that will hold the stem; one arm is positioned at the entrance of the stem and one arm in the middle position. When the coil will be loaded the middle arm will hold the stem and when the pushing unit will be used, the entrance arm will hold the stem.
