Description

The pure sample is pipetted onto the measuring surface and the arm is automatically locked at a defined optical path length. Accurate measurements are guaranteed and errors are avoided by not having to dilute the sample.

Measure wide concentration ranges quickly UV5Nano automatically measures at two optical path lengths, thus covering a wide concentration range. DsDNA concentrations from 6 to 15,000 ng/μL can be measured without additional dilutions and within 2 seconds per optical pass length.
