BC40 FILETING MACHINE
Meyn's BC40 breast fillet machine produces high quality breast fillets with excellent productivity. Whole fillets or
fillet halves with or without skin, both with tenderloins attached, can be produced at a maximum capacity of 2400
products per hour. The fillets produced require a minimum of trimming work, have excellent presentation and are very good
suitable for packaging in trays.
All moving parts are driven by chain guards which are centrally driven by a single motor. This results in highly consistent
performance and durable and reliable operation. Downtime and maintenance are kept to a minimum.
For fully automatic product delivery and unloading, Meyn can provide fully integrated crate handling
systems, operator stations, discharge conveyors and trimming tables. This allows you to combine a compact system with:
minimal handling and optimal ergonomics.
OPERATIONS
The operator manually loads the caps onto the product carriers – or mandrel as they are called. This carrier is
shaped in such a way that the cap fits exactly on it. It is firmly held in place.
The machine cuts, scrapes and removes bones without human intervention.
The machine is equipped with a replaceable punch mechanism for removing wish bones, offering the customer
the ability to minimize bone content and maximize meat yield.
