Description

The subject of sale is a modern automatic line for drying with warm compressed air for various types of raw materials, i.e. coal, sand, vegetables, fruit, granulates, etc.

The drying line consists of:
- Beta Air 1000 generator (furnace) with automatic cleaning system
fire lamp manufactured by Gizex, which is equipped with blowing fans, retort fuel feeder with fire protection, SYR valve, fuel basket with a capacity of up to 1000 kg, programmable controller with the possibility of connecting to the Ethernet network,
- insulated multicyclone batteries purifying exhaust gases,
- chimney made of acid-resistant steel fi 400/500 h = 12 m mounted in a solid steel structure,
- a 35m long drying room made of steel structure and enclosed with a PWW-S sandwich panel, thickness 60mm
- the drying room has specially built conveyors made of acid-resistant steel with perforated acid-resistant tape on which the dried goods move. The goods are turned over every few meters to ensure proper drying.
- intake ducts with warm air from the generator to the dryer with additional adjustable fans helping to obtain the required air pressure at the output, additionally with the possibility of adjusting the percentage depending on the need for settings,
- outlet channels with warm and humid air which goes to specially made cyclones where it is cleaned. The air cleaned in this way is redirected and reused for drying a given product in the dryer. In this way, it works in a closed system,
- a control room equipped with a number of electrical cabinets, controllers and an operator panel. Additionally, a portable operator panel has been integrated with the control to monitor the operation of the dryer on an ongoing basis.

Additionally, the dryer is equipped with MT56X non-contact automatic infrared humidity analyzers with an operator console for the raw material at the entrance to the dryer and at the exit from the dryer (humidity analyzers from Process Sensors).
The furnace and the control room are located under a shelter made of steel structure, which is also included in the price of the entire drying room - i.e. it is included in the package.
