SELF-CLEANING BAG FILTERING SUBSTATION
with counter-current compressed air cleaning, hopper for continuous unloading of the filtered material for relaunching it in the container.
Execution with 20/10 mm thick sheet metal panels, rigidly connected with bolts and sealing gasket.
Technical features:
- Series of sleeves in filtering fabric in good condition
- Crossing speed ≤ 0.027 m/s for powders with particle size >10 microns
- Compressed air consumption: about 16.5 Nmq /h of dried and oil-free air at 5 – 6 bar.
- Compressed air connection with section to be checked.
- Dimensions: approximately 2,500 x 2,500, height approximately 6,000
- Air flow 18.000m3/h
Equipment included:
- N°1 sleeve cleaning pilot panel with differential pressure switch and hour meter;
- N°1 splinker for internal washing (arrangement for anti-fire)
