Interconnected Spiral Freezers (2) two, All stainless-steel construction spiral system & freezer box measuring (17’-9” x 9’) & (15’-9” x 9’).

Each spiral conveyor consists of (16) sixteen tiers, transfer belt measure 16” wide and are of the Intralox plastic type which is wash-down as are Motors, gearcases, chains & other components.

Freezing power of -40 degrees is achieved by an Evapco Industrial duty coil (TFCC-23104HF) with (3) three Fans powered by Baldor motors pushing air per each IQF freezer. First IQF freezer allows product entry low (approx. 41” aff) and exits high (approx. 100” aff) on the same side yet on the rear. As product exists, it is transferred to an interconnecting conveying belt directing product to second IQF freezer entering high (approx. 103” aff) and exiting low (approx. 41 aff) to receiving conveyor. (4) four 30 h.p. Bohn/Heatcraft A/C compressor (HDV3000L6CFA) (2) two per IQF units. Freeze time (a.k.a. dwell) which require product to freeze varies yet depends on product type and temperature required to achieve, (e.g., actual real-time recordings for packaged dough product dwell were: 30 mins @ -38 degrees). (1) one IQF is actually new with only a limited number of hours used, strictly for the purpose of test/trial runs while other IQF underwent a complete refurbishment when acquired.
