The XY Matic Trim Plus cuts your documents and flexible media on four sides. Thanks to its state-of-the-art alignment and optical control devices, and the ability to easily adjust speed and cutting unit, the XY Matic Trim Plus can be easily integrated into any production workflow, reducing waste and errors and optimizing your workflows.
Equipped with multiple cutting units, it will cut on four sides in a single pass through the machine. Its optical sensors are capable of recognizing the most commonly used cutting marks, enabling precise alignment of the prints to be cut in the longitudinal direction. The vertical cutting units are manually adjustable and will cut the substrate as it advances through the machine.
Cutting speed can be easily adjusted from the control panel, allowing the machine to cut a variety of materials, including photo paper, vinyl, inkjet paper, polyester or polycarbonate films up to 0.5mm thick.
Easy roll loading, intuitive XY Matic Trim Plus set-up and quick adjustment of the various cutting units make this a very simple cutting device to use, even when printing different sizes on the same roll.
