Description

Structure entirely made of beams welded in an inert atmosphere and machined with precision machine tools. Hydraulic system: the piston rods are thickly chromed to ensure perfect sliding and greater durability of both the seals and the piston. All the pistons are bolted to the structure so that, in case of assistance or maintenance, they can be quickly dismantled and carried out the necessary operations. Highly reliable control unit with double pump system: one at low pressure for rapid closing of the hob and automatic insertion of the other, at high pressure, to reach the pressure set on the control panel.
