This EPC-60 electro-pneumatic cutter automatically cuts extruded soap bars thanks to an electronic encoder which measures the length. The PLC receives the signal and cuts the bar continuously to the set length. The machine allows this length to be adjusted during production, without interruption. The blade and pneumatic cylinder move at the same speed as the soap for precise vertical cutting.
