Direct from the manufacturer, we offer for sale a hydraulic pellet production module with a production capacity of up to 180 kg/hour, suitable for processing softwood from sawdust and fine chips, up to size G20 (20x20x5 mm), with a maximum moisture content of 13-14%.

The module comes complete with :
- Minisilo 1m3 for automatic dosing of the material to be pelletized, with paddle extractor and hydraulically controlled and regulated loading screw (adapts to the most varied material loading conditions - manual, automatic from a level probe, from silos, etc.).
- Refiner for grinding and homogenizing material for subsequent granulation;
- P300 11 Kw shredder with hydraulic power unit and control panel
- Hydraulically-operated pellet unloading auger with cooling and dedusting functions (with possibility of connection to suction system).

Productivity up to 180 kg/hour (based on pine, fir, larch - actual productivity to be verified on the basis of your material). Year of construction - 2006.
