- Cardboard magazine
Multi-magazine with cardboard modules for feeding endless corrugated cardboard
with double conveyor (SbS system)
for selecting and optimising the available endless cardboard widths

Control panel, PLC and software, on the system

Waste conveyor
Double working unit with independent equipment for conveying the side-cut cardboard - to a waste disposal belt below.
Double waste conveyor
Consists of a conveyor belt - at the machine exit - and an inclined waste conveyor to any customer storage box or compactor.
Double conveyor belt
Consists of a double conveyor belt W =2 x 1200 mm and L=4000mm, at the machine exit for optimised flow of the packaging. Working height ~ 900 mm.

Performance
The technical performance of the machine depends on the following variables:
- Packaging type (Fefco)
- Product dimensions
- batch sizes
- Operator and product dependent.

For example:
Packaging type A, length = 1000 mm and in batch size >1 (small series or series production)
Output is ~ 5.0 packages per minute
Packaging type B, length = 3000 mm and in batch size 1 (extreme flexibility)
Output is ~ 2.0 + 2.5 packages per minute
