Equipment for applying glue/binder (cold) to material unrolled from a roll or supplied in sheets (plates) and for gluing with other material supplied in sheets/plates. Can be supplemented with a second unwinder for lamination of both materials from rolls. An original flying knife can be purchased from the Italian manufacturer for continuous cutting of glued materials without stopping the machine.

• Suitable for adhesives: PUR-based (one-component cold curing with air humidity) or water-based (dispersion)
• Application principle: two-roll system (adjustable gap between the rolls, height of the roll above the conveyor, direction of rotation of the regulating roll, speeds of both rolls and belt separately or synchronized)
• Laser level sensor for automatic refilling of glue between cylinders (pneumatic pump)
• Conveyor belt
• The two-roll application module is mobile for maintenance and cleaning
