PERKIN ELMER ABI PRISM 310 GENETIC ANALYZER

Description - The Applied Biosystems PRISM is an automated single capillary DNA Sequencer built for a wide range of sequencing and fragment analysis applications. Easy to setup with runs in minutes, the ABI 310 eliminates gel preparation. It can also run microsatelites, or other fragments and a size marker in a single lane. This system is great for labs looking for an alternative gel based DNA analysis system. Very affordable and easy to use system, just load your plates and push start.
