Plockmatic system 1000 broaching assembly line consisting of :

- VF1008 8-pocket suction stitching lathe
- BM2000S stapling/folding module (with insertion option)
- FTR2000 hunting trimmer
- SQF 2000 square-back finishing module

PRESENTATION:

The Plockmatic 1000 system mixes pre-assembled printed sheets (copier or digital press) with sheets to be assembled (offset press, duplicator). It comprises the VF1008 collator/feeder, the BM 2000 stapling and folding module, the FTR 2000 trimmer and the SQF 2000 square-back module.

- VF 1008 Collator/Feeder:
Enables pre-assembled documents from digital copiers to be taken over and color documents from other printing processes to be added.
