The SCC 202 Rational combi steamer has been specially developed to prepare large volumes of meals. This steamer has a large drive-in trolley where 40x 1/1 GN (20x 2/1 GN) can be placed at once. This makes this combination oven very suitable for large restaurants, butchers, meat processors, caterers and ready-made meal producers. This combi steamer has various functions including: steaming, regenerating, baking, cooking and hot air. The intuitive control panel is easy to set up with various recipes. This allows you to quickly change programs for each product. This steamer is easy to clean using the automatic washing program using washing tablets. This oven is made entirely of stainless steel.
