The proposed machine is capable of tapping from M4 up to M20 (and equivalent) on steel, in semi-automatic cycle, with workpiece loading and unloading in manual.
Built according to current standards, the machine basically consists of:
a. No. 1 Bench with ground toolholder plate
b. N°1 M20M patron tapping unit
c. N°1 Spraymix lubrication-cooling system
d. Machine cover casing
e. Electrical system
No. 1 Tapping unit mod. Record M20M patron tapping unit with toothed belt rotation motion transmission.
Equipment includes:
- Cast iron head body machined and painted
- No. 1 Self-braking spindle motor Kw 1.5
- Tapping capacity in M20 steel, depth 80 mm.
- Spindle shaft complete with tool holder.


Realized with hydraulically operated self-centering vice, synchronized with the working cycle with interchangeable locks depending on the external diameter of the pieces to be threaded
Electrical system complying with current EU regulations.
The machine is managed by a PLC equipped with I/O cards to control the machine logic.
The various electromechanical components are enclosed in an IP55 sheet steel electrical panel, connected to the machine through cable conduits.
