The SUPERBOX is a box folder that feeds, opens, folds and forms the boxes and seals the lower part with adhesive tape.
Its great versatility also lies in the possibility of using commercially available rolls of adhesive tape.
The machine consists of a cardboard magazine, an area in which the cardboard boxes are opened and an output roller conveyor on which the bottoms of the folding boxes are provided with adhesive tape.
The format change is conveniently controlled via 5 handwheels, which are followed by adjustment of the registration marks of the cardboard magazine and the position of the suction cups.
