PRODUCT FEEDING Chicken elements are delivered to a conveyor feeding the sorter, which transfers the product to a linear conveyor. Then the product goes directly to the weighing baskets. The employee controls the power supply process to ensure that individual elements are correctly arranged in the baskets. SORTING AND SELECTION TO FIXED WEIGHT Items are weighed individually in each basket. According to the set parameters, the elements go to one of 6 containers. The machine can be set to sort elements into 6 weight categories, select a constant weight, select a given quantity or a combination of these 3 parameters. RECEIVING THE PRODUCT When the set sorting parameter is reached, the machine closes the buffer container and the indicator light comes on, informing the employee about the replacement of the collective container. At the same time, the machine accumulates another portion in the container. The employee takes the collection container, places an empty one and presses a button that opens the buffer container, releasing the elements collected in the meantime.
